This service should only be used for the pre-payment of Wholesale and Retail Voice over IP Services provided by HS Communication Ltd.

After signing the initial agreement termed “Payment Terms and Conditions” with HS Communication Ltd, you are provided with an online “Account” to log in and use our online services. This “Login Account” comprises either of letters or numbers or both and such login account details must be used each and every time you access our service.  You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your “Login Account” details available to anyone not authorized to use your account.

Prices and Payment
The Prices for the Services offered on this web-site are in United States Dollars (US$). By using a Credit Card to get our Services, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All  Credit Card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not provide the Services and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your Card issuer or Bank charging you as a result of our processing of your Credit Card payment.

• There are conflicting claims to the funds in your accounts.

Please note that if you or any associated party asks us to terminate your service, or your accounts are closed for any reason, you will remain liable for transactions previously authorized.

Limitations 
You agree that neither HS Communication Ltd., its’ assigns nor any party involved in creating or delivering this web site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of this web site.  We assume no responsibility for and will not be liable for any damages to or any viruses which may affect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of or downloading from our web site.

No Cash refunds in any case. But the service is assured till the balance of your Account becomes zero and/or no money is left in your Account.
